>Guideline on establishing unified domestic market
加快建设全国统一大市场顶层设计出炉

China has released a guideline on accelerating the establishment of a unified domestic market that is highly efficient, rules-based, fair for competition, and open. China aims to promote the efficient circulation and expansion of the domestic market, foster a stable, fair, transparent, and predictable business environment, and reduce market transaction costs. It further aims to boost sci-tech innovation and industrial upgrade, and cultivate new advantages for participating in international competition and cooperation, said the guideline, jointly issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council.
《中共中央 国务院关于加快建设全国统一大市场的意见》近日发布。意见明确，加快建设高效规范、公平竞争、充分开放的全国统一大市场。持续推动国内市场高效畅通和规模拓展，加快营造稳定公平透明可预期的营商环境，进一步降低市场交易成本，促进科技创新和产业升级，培育参与国际竞争合作新优势。

Efforts will be made to improve a unified property rights protection system, implement a unified market access system, and optimize a unified social credit system.
推动完善统一的产权保护制度，实行统一的市场准入制度，健全统一的社会信用制度。

>China moves to promote employment of people with disabilities
国办印发《促进残疾人就业三年行动方案》

China will take measures to promote the employment of people with disabilities from 2022 to 2024, in a bid to realize adequate and relatively high-quality employment for the group during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025). An action plan issued by the General Office of the State Council aims to achieve employment for 1 million people with disabilities, enhance the group's ability to find jobs or start businesses, and better safeguard their rights and interests.
日前，国务院办公厅印发《促进残疾人就业三年行动方案（2022－2024年）》，对当前和今后一个时期加快推进残疾人就业工作，实现“十四五”时期残疾人较为充分较高质量的就业目标作出部署。《行动方案》提出，2022－2024年共实现全国城乡新增残疾人就业100万人，残疾人就业创业能力持续提升，残疾人就业权益得到更好保障。

The action plan also defines supporting conditions in terms of policy, funding, information and organizations, and proposes the launch of a publicity campaign to raise awareness.
《行动方案》明确了政策、资金、信息和组织等方面的保障条件，提出开展“2022残疾人就业宣传年”活动。
