中国—新西兰自贸协定升级

A protocol on upgrading the free trade agreement between China and New Zealand took effect Thursday, further facilitating bilateral trade and investment, China's Ministry of Commerce said.
商务部4月7日宣布，中国-新西兰自由贸易协定升级议定书当日正式生效，将进一步促进双边贸易和投资便利化。

The two sides will further open their markets for goods, services and investment while optimizing rules to promote trade facilitation.
进一步扩大中新双方在货物、服务、投资等领域市场开放，进一步提升贸易便利化等规则水平。

Biliteral cooperation will also be strengthened in the fields of e-commerce, competition policy, government procurement and the environment.
双方承诺在电子商务、竞争政策、政府采购、环境等领域增强合作。

The upgraded protocol has improved the quality and efficiency of bilateral trade relations on the basis of the China-New Zealand FTA and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, the ministry said.
升级议定书使中新两国自贸关系在中国—新西兰自由贸易协定和区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP）基础上实现了进一步提质增效。

The rise in car deliveries came as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China's top industry regulator, said recently more efforts will be made to encourage the use of NEVs and the nation will accelerate the development of domestic resources to cope with price increases in raw materials for batteries.
工业和信息化部近日表示，将采取更多措施鼓励新能源汽车的使用，并加快国内资源开发进度，解决动力电池原材料价格上涨问题。
